Among the more bizarre experiences are:

Playing support for Painters and Dockers with The First Deadly Serious Modern Jazz
Quartet, but being rained out in the middle of The Old Rugged Cross, then a friend asking
the singer of the Dockers, Paul Stewart to let me play - I ended up doing half their set
with them!

Winning a Battle of the Bands with The Rotating Toaster and the Sesame Seed Band after
a total of 4 hours practice and getting 8 hours at the Painters and Dockers studio.

Doing the PushOver event in the Exhibition building with Spiderbait.

Performing with Dennis Walter at the Memorial Theatre in Ballarat

Playing (and dancing) from 2-6am STRAIGHT with a DJ at Le Vallon Dore in Noumea and not
being able to converse for an hour afterwards.

Performing in a tube of cheesecloth with The Fat Thing.

Busking in Plaça Reial in Barcelona till 5am.

Performing and doing workshops in the Wimmera with Bucketrider.

Having the ASQuartet CD compared in BRW to Michael Brecker - and getting 85% to his 75%!
